Privacy Policy
YadavApp
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy explains how YadavApp (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in its mobile applications that link to this policy. It is available both inside our apps and on our website.
Features and advertising providers can differ between apps. The sections below apply when the relevant feature or provider is present. The app’s store listing, Data safety section and any in-app notices identify the practices applicable to that app.
1. Information handled by our services
Information may be processed by the app, by YadavApp when you contact us, and by integrated advertising providers. Device identifiers and other technical information can be personal data; we do not describe all such information as anonymous.
Device and technical information: advertising and other device identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, language, network information and diagnostics.
Approximate location: advertising providers such as Unity Ads and ironSource may process approximate location, including location inferred from an IP address. This does not mean that every app requests GPS access.
Advertising interactions: ad impressions, views, taps and other ad-related actions, together with information used to measure delivery and performance.
Provider-specific information: Unity Ads also discloses processing of personal identifiers and purchase history. Its app-usage-time processing depends on whether Acquire Optimization is enabled. These are provider disclosures, not a statement that every YadavApp app has accounts or purchases.
Information you provide: if you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Where an App Set ID is used, its purposes are essential functions such as analytics and fraud prevention. It is not intended for advertising personalization or ad measurement, or for linking identifiers for advertising purposes.
Access to permission-controlled device features depends on the app’s functionality and your device permissions. A permission request or access to information on your device does not by itself mean that the information is transmitted to us.
2. Why information is used
Depending on the information and provider involved, information is used to operate app and advertising services, deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your messages. Advertising may be contextual or personalized depending on applicable settings and choices.
3. Advertising providers and sharing
Apps with advertising may use the following services. Their SDKs can transmit information directly from your device to the provider and its service providers or advertising partners, subject to the provider’s policy.
Unity LevelPlay and ironSource Ads: ad mediation and advertising, including approximate location, ad actions, diagnostics and device identifiers. See the Unity privacy policies and ironSource data disclosure.
Unity Ads: ad delivery and measurement, including the information described above. See the Unity privacy policies and app-user privacy information and Unity Ads data disclosure.
Yandex Mobile Ads: its default Android SDK disclosure lists device identifiers for advertising, when available with the relevant permission. Additional location collection requires configuration, consent and device permissions. See the Yandex Privacy Policy and Yandex data disclosure.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. A link to a provider’s policy supplements this policy; it does not remove our responsibility for the SDKs included in our apps.
4. Permissions, advertising choices and consent
You can review and change app permissions in Android Settings. Android also provides advertising-ID and ad-privacy controls; their availability and names vary by device and Android version. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily stop ads or all processing needed for ad delivery, measurement, security or compliance.
Where a provider presents privacy controls in an ad or privacy page, you can use those controls to manage the choices it offers. Reading this policy, installing an app or continuing to use it is not a substitute for affirmative consent where consent is required. A separate permission or consent request must be handled through the applicable app, device or provider interface.
5. Retention and deletion
Information stored in an app’s private device storage generally remains until it is replaced, removed, cleared through Android Settings or deleted when the app is uninstalled. Copies saved outside that storage may need to be removed separately. Clearing an app or uninstalling it does not automatically delete information already received by advertising providers.
Advertising providers retain information under their own retention policies, taking account of service delivery, security and legal requirements. See their policies linked above for retention and privacy-rights procedures. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for information held by those providers.
We currently do not provide a centralized service that deletes advertising data across all providers. You may use the providers’ privacy-rights channels to request access or deletion, subject to their identity-verification requirements and applicable law. Contact us for questions about information you have sent directly to YadavApp. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and any related legal or security obligations.
6. Security and international processing
The advertising providers listed above state that their disclosed SDK data is encrypted in transit. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Their privacy policies describe the entities involved and applicable transfer safeguards.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to exceptions. Contact us about information we control, or use the relevant provider’s privacy channels for information it controls. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
8. Children’s privacy
Check each app’s store listing for its intended audience. A shared privacy policy does not change an app’s age suitability. If you believe a child has provided personal information to YadavApp without the authorization required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and address the matter. Apps directed to children require appropriate age, advertising and consent safeguards; this policy is not a substitute for those safeguards.
9. External services
When you follow an advertisement or external link, the destination website or service operates under its own privacy policy. This common policy describes our apps; it does not assert that third-party websites have the same practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears above. Material changes that require additional notice or consent must be addressed through the relevant app or service. The current online version is available at yadavapp.com/privacypolicy/.
11. Contact YadavApp
For privacy questions, contact yadavapp@gmail.com. Include the app name and a description of your request so we can identify the relevant service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification process has been agreed.
